These Terms of Use govern Compass Strategic Intelligence, a publication of THE NOBLE HOUSE Media & AI Lab operated by The Noble House, LLC, available at compass.thenoblehouse.ai and its existing blog.thenoblehouse.ai address. By accessing the site, you agree to these terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years of age to use this site.

2. Accounts & Memberships

Guest access: essays designated as Open Intelligence are available in full without an account when published with Public access. Editor's Selection highlights curated articles; each article retains its stated access requirements. Other previews do not grant full access to protected articles, and sample availability does not expand the benefits of a membership tier.

Free membership (Observer) includes the Morning Brief and two selected full essays per daily edition, with audio narration for included work. A valid email address is required for registration. It does not include the complete paid daily cycle, Special Reports, Nexus Maps, or Purple Brief. Public previews and selected public releases do not grant access to all membership content.

Paid membership provides the benefits of the selected plan. Briefing Desk includes the complete daily cycle: Morning Brief, five essays, Evening Brief, the end-of-day Daily Scorecard, and Special Reports. Analyst Desk adds all published Nexus Map horizons, dossiers and the searchable archive of included intelligence. Team Desk provides five Analyst seats. Payments are processed by Stripe. Purple Brief is our flagship intelligence product. Individual editions will be offered for separate purchase exclusively to paid members once a consistent release program is established. It is not included automatically in Briefing Desk, Analyst Desk or Team Desk. Availability, price and purchase terms will be stated before each edition goes on sale.

Publication timing and availability vary by product. Nexus Maps cover daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, year-end and year-start horizons as editions are released. A product preview on Today's Desk is not a grant of full access. Invitation-only advisory requires separate acceptance and engagement terms; a membership or Purple Brief purchase does not include consulting.

Cancellation: Cancel anytime through account settings. Access continues through the end of your billing period. No partial-period refunds.

Account security: You are responsible for your login credentials and all activity under your account.

3. Permitted Use of Content

You may:

  • Read, listen to, and save our content for personal use
  • Share links on social media, email, or messaging platforms
  • Quote brief excerpts (under 200 words) with attribution: “Source: THE NOBLE HOUSE™ Media & AI Lab” with a link to the original
  • Use our analysis to inform your own decision-making

You may not:

  • Reproduce, republish, or redistribute full articles or audio narrations without written permission
  • Use our content to train machine learning models, populate datasets, or feed AI systems
  • Remove or obscure attribution, authorship, or copyright notices
  • Frame, mirror, or embed our content on other websites without permission
  • Systematically download, scrape, or crawl our content using automated tools
  • Resell, sublicense, or commercially redistribute our content
  • Present our analysis, forecasts, or data as your own work product

Nothing on this site constitutes financial advice, investment advice, legal advice, tax advice, or a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security, asset, or position. Our analysis, forecasts, and strategic intelligence are for informational and educational purposes only. Predictive modeling limitations

Our predictive models generate probabilistic scenarios based on available data and proprietary algorithms. Predictions are inherently uncertain. We publish confidence levels and score forecasts publicly, but past accuracy does not guarantee future performance. Never make decisions based solely on our forecasts.

AI-assisted content

Content is produced with AI assistance under human editorial direction. Our Editorial Process & Accuracy Disclosure explains our methods. We operate on a best-effort accuracy standard and do not guarantee completeness or timeliness.

Third-party information

We reference external sources and may distribute authorized versions of our work on other platforms. Those platforms have their own access, payment, advertising and privacy terms. A Compass membership does not automatically provide a paid subscription to a third-party platform. External sponsorships are disclosed with the relevant content and do not purchase editorial control. External links do not by themselves constitute endorsement.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, design, logos, and functionality are owned by The Noble House, LLC and protected by U.S. and international intellectual property laws. See our Legal page for trademark and copyright details.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to: use the site unlawfully, attempt unauthorized access to our systems, interfere with site operation, impersonate THE NOBLE HOUSE™ or staff, or distribute malware or spam through our platform.

7. Limitation of Liability

Content is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Noble House, LLC disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for purpose, and non-infringement.

Total liability for any claim shall not exceed the greater of: (a) amounts you paid us in the preceding twelve months, or (b) fifty dollars ($50). We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including financial losses from decisions informed by our analysis or forecasts.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Noble House, LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from claims, damages, or expenses arising from your violation of these terms or misuse of our content.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at our discretion for conduct that violates these terms or harms users, us, or third parties.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

Governed by California law. Disputes resolved through binding arbitration in Los Angeles County under American Arbitration Association rules. You waive rights to jury trial and class action participation.

11. Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Material changes noted by updating the date above and, for significant changes, by site or email notice. Continued use after posting constitutes acceptance.

12. Severability

If any provision is unenforceable, remaining provisions continue in full force.
